This thing is genius! Pure genius.
One of my biggest pet-peeves while baking is having to constantly stop my KitchenAid mixer to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. I know...in the grand scheme of things, it's a minor inconvenience, but it's annoying nevertheless. And when using your stand mixer, it means having to stop the paddle, sometimes actually take it out of the batter or dough and then use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides and bottom so that you have incorporated all the ingredients into a uniform mixture. You may have to do this several times, depending on what you are mixing. Cheesecake and sugar cookie dough are my biggest offenders. Lots of scraping going on there.
Well scrape no more! I have been introduced to a wonderful product called the "BeaterBlade"!
The BeaterBlade replaces the paddle attachment in your stand mixer. The sides of the BeaterBlade are made of a soft, flexible plastic, so it mixes and scrapes at the same time! It even scrapes the dimple at the bottom of the bowl! This is a huge time-saver!
Don't have a KitchenAid but have another brand? No worries, the BeaterBlade comes in different sizes to fit different brands and models.
Here's another secret... Do you make your own marshmallow fondant? I couldn't do it without the BeaterBlade. It makes mixing and cleanup so much easier.
Do you want one?
Well I'm giving one away FREE to one lucky reader!!
