So cute! I found your blog through the picture of this cake on cakecentral.com. I'm a stay at home mom, too, and I decided to start taking the Wilton cake decorating classes at Hobby Lobby in February to have a hobby of some sort. I'm really new to everything, but my goal is to make my daughter's first birthday cake in August. Your work is great!
WOW..this is amazing! I was checking out your side pictures and saw a cookie monster cupcake? That is so awesome. I want to learn!!Do you think I could veganize the fondant recipe by using agar agar instead of gelatin?
Thanks everyone! The cake was a huge success...I have lots of pictures of my niece's reaction (it was a surprise) and some pics of the inside of the cake ...stay tuned!Kirsten...I'm definitely the worst person to ask about making sweets healthy! LOL! I would suggest going to www.cakecentral.com and posting your question to the forum. There are lots of experts that could give you a better answer...good luck! :o)
This is gorgeous! You are a very creative lady! Like your blog!
This cake was not only beautiful, but the chocolate layer was a chocoholics dream! I've enjoyed a piece (maybe two) every day since the Communion and it has stayed fresh and yummy in the fridge!
